Mr. Morehead is the Principal Consultant at Morehead Compliance Consulting. With more than 15 years’ experience working with organizations seeking to address compliance issues and build effective compliance and ethics programs. He assesses the health of the corporate culture and examines specific compliance risks, such as anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, money laundering, and third-party risk management. He assists in drafting compliance policies and codes of conduct, works with organizations to build and improve their compliance processes and tools, and provides live training for Boards of Directors, executives, managers and employees. Before forming his own firm he was the Head of Advisory Services for NYSE Governance Services, a leading compliance training organization, where he was responsible for all aspects of NYSE Governance Services’ consulting arm. Prior to joining NYSE, he was an Assistant General Counsel of the United States Sentencing Commission in Washington, DC. In this position, he aided members of the Commission by researching, developing and drafting amendments of the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines. He also spent nearly a decade as a litigation attorney in Houston, Texas where he focused on white-collar and regulatory cases and represented clients at trial and before various agencies including SEC, OSHA and CFTC.
Ms. Saaqib has 10 years of experience in presales, business development and marketing roles in the information technology industry. At MetricStream, she primarily handles product marketing for Policy and Document Management, Case Management and the Compliance Management Solution. As part of the role, she is responsible for market analysis, product prioritization, driving the marketing strategy and planning, competitive analysis, demand generation and sales enablement.
Ms. Sharma leads the marketing efforts for Audit and Risk Management Solutions offerings within MetricStream. She has over 9 years of experience primarily in consulting and marketing and was associated with the tax consulting practice for one of the big 4 consulting firms and have been engaged with multiple Fortune 500 organizations in this capacity. She has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University.
