Michelle Nader - Staff VP, Ethics and Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer, WellPoint
Michelle Nader is the Staff Vice President of the Ethics & Compliance organization and Chief Privacy Officer at WellPoint, Inc. In this role, Michelle leads the team responsible for the corporate ethics, compliance and privacy programs. Her team has responsibility for the company's Code of Conduct, ethics investigations, conflicts of interest reviews, annual all associate training, corporate privacy policies and oversight of day-to-day privacy operations for the company and all of its affiliates and subsidiaries.
Prior to this role, Michelle served in numerous roles in WellPoint's Legal Department. She provided legal support to various clients, including the Chief Privacy Officer, Chief Actuary, Chief Strategy Officer, and Information Management. Michelle earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts from the College of Mount St. Joseph in Ohio, and her J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky.
Heather Morgan - Regulatory Oversight Manager, WellPoint
Heather Morgan has worked at WellPoint for fifteen years, specializing in Regulatory Oversight for nine years. She helped developed a system to track newly enacted laws and regulations in all 50 states, while monitoring the implementation progress throughout WellPoint's commercial health plans. She has helped to create an oversight and reporting process for monitoring state regulatory examinations and audits. More recently, she has managed the effort to help several different compliance disciplines within the company begin using MetricStream. Heather has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the University of California at Riverside.
Shellye Archambeau - Chief Executive Officer, MetricStream
As the CEO of MetricStream, Shellye Archambeau is responsible for running all facets of the business. Ms. Archambeau has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the technology industry. Prior to joining MetricStream, Ms. Archambeau was Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales for Loudcloud, Inc, responsible for all global sales and marketing activities. At Loudcloud she led the transformation into an enterprise-focused company while growing sales 50% year over year. Previously, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of NorthPoint Communications, where she led the design and implementation of all sales and marketing strategies. Ms. Archambeau also served as president of Blockbuster, Inc.'s e-commerce division and was recognized by Internet World as one of the Top 25 'Click and Mortar' executives in the country in June of 2000. Ms. Archambeau spent the prior 15 years at IBM, holding several domestic and international executive positions. Ms. Archambeau serves on the board of directors of Arbitron, Inc. and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives. She earned a B.S. degree at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
