Rani Radhakrishnan Rani Radhakrishnan - Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers
Ms. Radhakrishnan is a Director in PwC's Health Industries Advisory Management Consulting Practice based in San Francisco, CA. She focuses on Governance, Risk and Compliance in the Payer and Provider sectors and has over 15 years of experience assisting clients with large scale transformations in the areas of operations and technology. Ms. Radhakrishnan has extensive experience in operational process improvements, large scale transformations and program and project management.

Specifically within GRC, she focuses on assisting clients make product selections, establishes governance structures for large scale GRC transformations, recommends process improvements to gain operational efficiencies and assists with program management activities for GRC technology implementations.

Ms. Radhakrishnan holds a Masters in Business Administration from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from India.

Mitch Harris Mitchel Harris - Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers
Mr. Harris is a Director in PwC's Los Angeles Healthcare Advisory Practice and serves as a leader in the Management Consulting and Governance, Risk and Compliance national practices. Mr. Harris has extensive experience with Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial products for numerous national and regional health plans, healthcare providers and biotech companies. He primarily assists his clients with: compliance program governance, assessment and enhancement; ICD-10 assessment through implementation; operational performance improvement; business intelligence and analytics; revenue enhancement; and, vendor assessment and selection.

Mr. Harris has over 18 years experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining PwC in 2004, Mr. Harris served in management and supervisory roles in finance, network management, provider contracting, sales and marketing for CareMore Medical Management, Blue Shield of California, Care America Health Plan and Health Net.

Mr. Harris holds an Executive Masters in Business Management from Claremont Graduate University's Drucker School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
