Date: Thursday, December 7, 2017 | Time: 8 am PST | 11 am EST
Over the past few decades, the scope of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has been increasing at an exponential rate. Beyond the traditional risk portfolio, global enterprises are now dealing with extended forms of risks such as third-party risks, reputational risks, geopolitical risks, data privacy risks, and cyber risks. One of the best ways to ensure that companies are sufficiently shielded from the potential pitfalls of risk is by establishing an agile and well-matured risk management program that can align with overall business objectives. In this dynamic business environment, the role of the Chief Risk Officers (CRO) in aligning the enterprise risk culture to ever-changing regulations, becomes critical and pivotal.
During this webinar, our experts will discuss:
- A roundup of challenges and opportunities ahead in the changing digital era
- The CRO’s role – what elements are changing; and what will remain same?
- How adopting a robust risk management strategy can enable CROs make faster decisions
