Ms. Murphy is a principal analyst at Forrester serving Security & Risk Professionals. She covers governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), with a special focus on audit, controls management, information security, and risk management. In this role, she helps Forrester clients strengthen their risk and compliance environments based on her extensive audit experience and technology expertise. She is also a frequent speaker at vendor events and industry conferences on subjects such as security and risk best practices and guidance on the implementation of Control Objectives for Information Technology (COBIT).
Mr. Ohman has been with TCF Bank for 3 years as the GRC Program Manager. His responsibilities include project management for all current and future MetricStream implementations, advising on process improvement, library development, and support activities including system administration and change management. Prior to joining TCF Bank, Mr. Ohman was with Thomson Reuters (previously Paisley) for 10 years. He started as an implementation consultant on Thomson’s GRC offering, assisting on over 100 implementations. He later transitioned to the Audit and Internal Controls Product Manager for the product suite, working with current and future clients to determine features brought into the applications.
As senior vice president of product management, Mr. Balasubramanian is responsible for product vision and strategy across MetricStream's GRC & quality product lines. Over his five years at MetricStream, he has been a thought-leader in shaping the vision for integrated GRC and spearheading key strategic initiatives to drive MetricStream's success in the market. In a career spanning over 18 years in technology, Mr. Balasubramanian has envisioned, designed, and developed market-leading products. He held senior management positions at Mercury Interactive/HP and InterWeave where he focused on building innovative & intuitive products that customers value. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from IIT, Roorkee and a master’s degree in computer science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Ms. Sharma leads the marketing efforts for Audit and Risk Management Solutions offerings within MetricStream. She has over 9 years of experience primarily in consulting and marketing and was associated with the tax consulting practice for one of the big 4 consulting firms and have been engaged with multiple Fortune 500 organizations in this capacity. She has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University.
