Mr. Joshi is a President of Infosys. He is Head of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare and Life Sciences at Infosys and is also responsible for firm-wide sales operations and reporting processes, including large deal pursuits and top account growth. He has over 18 years of professional experience working across the US, India, Mexico, and Europe. His area of expertise lies in the intersection of financial services and technology. He was also selected as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum, Davos last year.
He joined Infosys in 2000 and has since worked in different capacities. In his previous role, he was responsible for leading the Financial Services practice in Europe. In 2007, he was appointed as CEO of Infosys Mexico and was instrumental in setting up the first subsidiary in Latin America. He has previously worked in India with ABN AMRO and ANZ Grindlays in their Corporate and Investment banks.
Mr. Sinha is the Executive Chairman of MetricStream Inc. and leads the overall strategy and vision of the organization. His focus in on building MetricStream into a global GRC leader with strong teams that are excited about new markets, disruptive technologies and social impact. He also serves on the Board of several Silicon Valley companies, and was appointed in 2010 to the Board of the US-India Science and Technology Research Endowment Fund by the US State Department to promote entrepreneurship and innovation. Additionally, he is the Chairman of CFHI.org which brings transformative healthcare education to under-served communities.
Over the course of his career, he has spent over 20 years in various entrepreneurial, board, and executive positions building innovative businesses. He was the Co-Founder and President of WhoWhere? Inc., a leading Internet directory services company that was acquired by Lycos in 1998, as well as eGain, an online customer service company which he built from inception to post NASDAQ IPO.
He obtained his BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and UC Santa Cruz, respectively. He also holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University. He has been featured as one of the 50 most successful immigrant entrepreneurs in the US by Silicon India.
Mr. Kumar is a thought leader in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and CRM domains. He has over 8 years of experience in building path breaking enterprise software in these areas. Mr. Kumar helps drive the product strategy for operational risk management and business continuity management from a product management point of view at MetricStream - The one stop place for any GRC solution. He has helped small to medium to large enterprises across industries and geographies with their operational risk management and business continuity management programs and technology implementations.
Ms. Delmar is the Vice President of GRC Solutions at MetricStream and is focused on the company's GRC market leadership. She has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and Management, with a focus on Governance, Risk and Compliance over the past 10 years. Ms. Delmar is responsible for MetricStream's Customer Program for over 300 companies world-wide and drives MetricStream's GRC Journey Program which provides expertise in helping companies implement strategies and programs for governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions that add strategic value while delivering dramatic cost savings. Ms. Delmar has led start-ups and business units within system integration and outsourcing companies, and provided advisory services to F1000 on the implementation of GRC programs. She holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in Mathematics and Computer Science and an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University in Canada. She is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
