Financial institutions, insurance, healthcare and other highly regulated industries have always been subject to severe regulatory scrutiny. Now, with the surge in corporate scandals, data breaches, fraud, corruption, and business uncertainties, the pressure on them to remain compliant is even greater. It is therefore critical for every regulated entity to formulate a strategy to manage their relationships with regulators, follow a structured approach, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their regulatory interactions.
