Mrs. Bader is a Washington DC based nongovernmental executive and consultant with more than twenty-five years’ experience creating practical initiatives and multinational, multi-stakeholder networks that build local capacity and sustainable security. A citizen of Canada and the United States, she is Principal of Bader Resources, LLC and Founder of the International Cybersecurity Dialogue LLC in 2012 that promotes dialogue between policy makers and security technologists. She serves as an Honorary Senior Fellow and Research Associate of the Security Research Defense Centre of le Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (le Cnam), Paris, France and as a Senior Associate Fellow of the Institute for Statecraft, London, United Kingdom. Previously, Mrs. Bader served as a Senior Research Fellow and Director, Advanced Research Assessment Group, The Defence Academy of The United Kingdom, UK; Visiting Programme Director, Wilton Park Conference Centre, UK; Executive Vice President, The Fund for Peace; Vice President of the Atlantic Council of the United States; of Trinity College and of Business Executives for National Security, US. Her memberships include the National Press Club, Women in International Security and the Boards of the Hungarian American Coalition and the Cyber Security Summit Think Tank, Minneapolis. She received a NATO award for creating their TRUST (Together Reducing Unsafe Tools of War) strategic communications campaign for their Partnership for Peace Trust Fund and is an Honorary Citizen of Hungary. She is a graduate of Trinity College, Washington DC.
Richard Stiennon

Mr. Stiennon is Chief Research Analyst for IT-Harvest, the firm he founded in 2005 to cover the 2,200 vendors that make up the IT security industry. He has presented on the topic of cybersecurity in 29 countries on six continents. He is a lecturer at Charles Sturt University in Australia. He is the author of Secure Cloud Transformation: The CIO’s Journey and Surviving Cyberwar (Government Institutes, 2010) and Washington Post Best Seller, There Will Be Cyberwar. He writes for Forbes, CSO Magazine, and The Analyst Syndicate. He is a member of the advisory board at the Information Governance Initiative and sits on the Responsible Recycling Technical Advisory Committee, the standard for electronic waste. He was Chief Strategy Officer for Blanco Technology Group, the Chief Marketing Officer for Fortinet, Inc. and VP Threat Research at Webroot Software. Prior to that he was VP Research at Gartner, Inc. He has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and his MA in War in the Modern World from King’s College, London.
Vidyadhar Phalke

Mr. Phalke is responsible for MetricStream's technical architecture and strategy. Prior to being promoted to the CTO position, he served as Vice President of Product Management and Engineering at MetricStream where he was responsible for Software Products and Platform Delivery. Starting in 2003, he has been instrumental in transforming the, then nascent, GRC Platform vision into an industry-leading GRC Software. Over the course of his career, he has held various Senior Product Management and Engineering positions in Bivio Networks, Narus and Network Programs, building enterprise-grade businesses and operations support systems. Before joining the software Industry, he was an Academic at Rutgers University where he won two SBIR grants for cutting-edge research on Databases and Network Optimization. Besides a PhD in Computer Science from Rutgers University, Vidya holds a Management degree from MIT Sloan and a Bachelor’s degree from IIT, Delhi, India.

Ms. Delmar is the Vice President of GRC Solutions at MetricStream and is focused on the company's GRC market leadership. She has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and Management, with a focus on Governance, Risk and Compliance over the past 10 years. Ms. Delmar is responsible for MetricStream's Customer Program for over 300 companies world-wide and drives MetricStream's GRC Journey Program which provides expertise in helping companies implement strategies and programs for governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions that add strategic value while delivering dramatic cost savings. Ms. Delmar has led start-ups and business units within system integration and outsourcing companies, and provided advisory services to F1000 on the implementation of GRC programs. She holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in Mathematics and Computer Science and an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University in Canada. She is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
