Mr. Nortz is Founder & President, Axiom Compliance & Ethics Solutions LLC, a firm dedicated to driving ethical excellence by helping organizations implement effective compliance and ethics programs. He is a nationally recognized expert and thought leader in the field of business ethics and compliance with over a decade of experience serving multinational petrochemical, staffing, business process outsourcing, pharmaceutical and medical device corporations. He spent the first 17 years of his career as a criminal and civil litigator and Senior Corporate Counsel before becoming Crompton Corporation’s first Vice President, Business Ethics and Compliance in 2003. Since then, he has served as a compliance officer at Crompton and for five other multinational corporations, the most recent of which was as Chief Compliance Officer at Carestream Health. He has extensive experience in implementing world-class compliance and ethics programs sufficiently robust to withstand US Department of Justice scrutiny. He is a frequent guest lecturer at many law schools, universities and organizations around the country. He writes the monthly business ethics columns for the Association of Corporate Counsel Docket magazine and the Rochester Business Journal. He is a National Association of Corporate Directors Fellow, a member of the International Association of Independent Corporate Monitors and serves on the Board of Directors of the Rochester Chapter of Conscious Capitalism as the Board’s Secretary and Chair of the Governance and Nomination Committee. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors for the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association and the Board of the Rochester Area Business Ethics Foundation.

Ms. Delmar is the Vice President of GRC Solutions at MetricStream and is focused on the company's GRC market leadership. She has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and Management, with a focus on Governance, Risk and Compliance over the past 10 years. Ms. Delmar is responsible for MetricStream's Customer Program for over 300 companies world-wide and drives MetricStream's GRC Journey Program which provides expertise in helping companies implement strategies and programs for governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions that add strategic value while delivering dramatic cost savings. Ms. Delmar has led start-ups and business units within system integration and outsourcing companies, and provided advisory services to F1000 on the implementation of GRC programs. She holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in Mathematics and Computer Science and an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University in Canada.
