The pandemic has set off changes on multiple fronts for businesses around the globe—from amplified digital interconnectedness of people, processes, systems, and organizations to frequent regulatory updates, remote working environment, social distancing, and beyond. This has a direct impact on the risk profile of organizations and has compelled them to re-think their governance, risk and compliance (GRC) functions.
This is the backdrop against which MetricStream conducted a survey to understand the state of the risk management. The survey results suggest that agility, automation, and integrated approach have emerged as the key elements of an effective risk management program.
