Ms. Fountain has over 35 years of experience spanning public accounting, corporate accounting and consulting. 20 years of her experience has been working in the areas of internal and external auditing. She is a subject matter expert in multiple fields including internal audit, ethics, fraud evaluations, Sarbanes-Oxley, enterprise risk management, governance, financial management and compliance and she has held two Chief Audit Executive (CAE) positions for international companies. In one of her roles as CAE, she assisted in the investigation of a multi-million-dollar fraud scheme perpetrated by a vendor that spanned 7 years and implicated 20 employees.

Mr. Arokiaraj is a Delivery Head within the Professional Services organization at MetricStream. In this role, he is responsible for leading implementation projects, end-to-end, to successful completion. Overall, he has over 15 years of experience in the GRC space across multiple software vendors such as SAP, Oracle, Thomson Reuters and Open pages, involving various types of Compliance and Risk management implementations. This also includes Risk Advisory Services and Technology Audit work at Big-4 Firms – which he leverages as best practices at MetricStream, in many of the IT-GRC implementations including Cyber Risk projects. He operates out of the US. and lives in the Chicago area.
