As Corporate Treasurer, Mr. Shore’s primary role is to oversee and manage DUBAL’s capital structure and liquidity profile as it relates to the treasury operations of cash management, counterparty credit risk management, financing, hedging and insurance portfolio’s. As Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Shore is responsible for the development and articulation of DUBAL’s enterprise wide risk management philosophy, the implementation of an integrated risk management framework and platform and has over-arching management responsibility to manage and report on the financial, operational and strategic risks of the company.

Leverages his extensive IT and business background to capture market opportunities, enhance corporate reputation, and lift visibility. Builds peak-performing teams in culturally-diverse environments, creating uniform approach for purpose, sustainability & performance. Since 2009, Founder and MP of Beyond Economics, a reputation, sustainability & risk management oriented design & consulting company to help companies improve and sustain corporate reputation & values alignment via stakeholder oriented design, excellence in operations and ethical and aesthetical coherence. Currently advises in excess of 15 EU/Global companies spanning diverse industries.

At MetricStream, Ms. Nagpal has handled multiple clients in diverse verticals such as Healthcare, EH & S, Manufacturing , Finance & Banking and has extensive functional expertise in Risk Management, Compliance management, Audit Management, Policy & Document Management, Issue Management and Training Management modules. She played a key role in building and deploying the Enterprise Risk Management solution at DUBAL.
