MetricStream Partner Delivery Forum

The MetricStream Partner Delivery Forum will provide an opportunity for implementation, service and delivery partners to learn not only from MetricStream but from each other. This is a platform where we will share ideas, discuss best practices and showcase innovative approaches to delivery efforts. The focus will be on next generation delivery methods, implementation scenarios and the latest innovations to encourage an out of the box approach to implementations, technical challenges and enablement opportunities. 

This is a forum where we encourage our partner ecosystem to share their experiences and use cases to promote collaboration and best practices. We will also include an open discussion and Q&A so the community can gain insights from each other. The goal is for the entire partner ecosystem to adopt a few of these elements in their own MetricStream delivery engagements for improved customer outcomes

In this edition of the MetricStream Partner Delivery Forum, we will be providing:

• An overview of MetricStream’s renewed customer engagement model focused on customer enablement and onboarding.
• A partner perspective where partners like KPMG and Minsait share how they have already effectively utilized elements from this approach in the current customer engagements.
