The lingering effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, combined with rise in environmental, social and geopolitical related risks have not only changed the risk dynamics but also mandated organization to think towards resilience. The volume, pace and complexities of ever-evolving risk landscape is forcing risk leaders to think beyond just managing risks. Organizations with the ability to manage emerging risks and respond better to any unanticipated events can turn risks into strategic advantage. Today, organizations that have prepared to respond rather than react to disruptions can benefit strategically by outpacing those less prepared to deal with them.
