Chad Burden
VP Sustainability Services, THG
Chad Burden is the VP of Sustainability Services at THG and had joined the organizations in 2013. He maintains close relationships with THG’s network of channel partners, supporting end users with utility data management and carbon accounting solutions.
Chad earned his Master of Science in Environmental Science from Oklahoma State University and his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Baylor.
He is a Navy veteran, having served aboard a nuclear-powered submarine. Chad is also a Master Recycler and holds a Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting Level 1 credential from SASB. He lives in Tulsa with his family and labradoodle, Walter White
George Dodd
Senior Principal, Accenture
George Dodd is Senior Principal in Accenture’s Risk and Compliance practice and leads the ESG and Climate Risk Management offering for North America. He has more than 16 years of cross-industry risk management experience in Banking, Capital Markets and Oil, Gas & Refined Products.
During his time with Accenture, George has been involved in operating model design, business process excellence, maturity and vendor assessments, regulatory change and technology implementations. He has a proven track record of leading and implementing large trading and risk transformation programs, data warehousing, reporting & analytics and data visualization solutions.
George graduated from Rutgers University with concentrations in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry and Economics. A member of the CFA Institute and the Global Association of Risk Professionals, George is a CFA® charterholder and holds GARP’s Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certifications
Samir Siddiqui
Director of Strategic Partnerships, Urjanet
Samir Siddiqui is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Urjanet, leading partnership efforts with Utilities and ISVs. Additionally, Samir is responsible for driving Urjanet’s new product development initiatives with carbon accounting, sustainability management and analytics.
Previously, Samir led consulting teams at PwC to advise energy and utility companies on business operations, M&A integration and digital transformation. He has also held several commercial and engineering roles at Southern Company and GE’s energy management business unit.
Samir earned his bachelors and masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
